Pasta with pure saffron and creamy sauce
Ingredients:
?420 gr pappardelle
?20 gr butter
?Salt
?Pure Saffron
?Pepper
?1 chopped shallot
?2 cups cream
?2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instruction:
✔Pour pappardelle and salt to the boiling water
✔To prepare the sauce, melt the butter plus the chopped shallot over the medium heat, after some minutes; add up salt, pepper, cream as well as pure saffron
✔On the other hand, drain the pasta and pour it in the bowl while mixing with the creamy sauce
✔Garnish your dish with chopped fresh parsley at the end.
