Pasta with pure saffron and creamy sauce

Ingredients:
420 gr pappardelle
20 gr butter
Salt
Pure Saffron
Pepper
1 chopped shallot
2 cups cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instruction:
Pour pappardelle and salt to the boiling water
To prepare the sauce, melt the butter plus the chopped shallot over the medium heat, after some minutes; add up salt, pepper, cream as well as pure saffron
On the other hand, drain the pasta and pour it in the bowl while mixing with the creamy sauce
Garnish your dish with chopped fresh parsley at the end.
