💛420 gr pappardelle
💛20 gr butter
💛1 chopped shallot
💛2 cups cream
💛2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
🥄Pour pappardelle and salt to the boiling water
🥄To prepare the sauce, melt the butter plus the chopped shallot over the medium heat, after some minutes; add up salt, pepper, cream as well as pure saffron
🥄On the other hand, drain the pasta and pour it in the bowl while mixing with the creamy sauce
🥄Garnish your dish with chopped fresh parsley at the end.
